یک برنامه مبتنی بر GTK برای افزودن، حذف و تغییر اتصالات شبکه ذخیره‌شده توسط NetworkManager است. برای افزودن، حذف یا تغییر هرگونه اتصال شبکه، NetworkManager باید در حال اجرا باشد.

نوع اتصال برای ایجاد یا نمایش. مقادیر، نام‌های تنظیمات NetworkManager هستند؛ مانند "802\-3\-ethernet"، "802\-11\-wireless"، "bridge"، "bond"، "infiniband"، "vlan" و غیره. در صورتی که \-\-create یا \-\-show مشخص نشده باشد، کاری انجام نمی‌دهد.
