DESCRIPTION
       Les fonctions nextup(), nextupf() et nextupl() renvoient le premier
       nombre en virgule flottante representable superieur a x.

       If x is the smallest representable negative number in the corresponding
       type, these functions return -0.  If x is +0 or -0, the returned value
       is the smallest representable positive number of the corresponding
       type.

       Si x a pour valeur plus l'infini, la valeur renvoyee est plus l'infini.
       Si x a pour valeur moins l'infini, la valeur renvoyee est le plus grand
       nombre negatif fini representable pour le type correspondant.

       If x is NaN, the returned value is NaN.

       La valeur renvoyee par nextdown(x) est -nextup(-x) avec un comportement
       identique pour les fonctions des autres types.
