\&\fBlr_run\fR runs \fIprogram\fR, and redirects \fIprogram\fR\*(Aqs stderr output
to \fBlogger\fR\|(1). It parses \fIprograms\fR logging output, and sets \fBlogger\fR\|(1)\*(Aqs 
flags accordingly.

\&\fBlr_run\fR gets configuration from \fIsysconfdir\fR/lire/defaults. In case
\&\*(Aqlr_logging_method\*(Aq is set to \*(Aqstderr\*(Aq, \fBlogger\fR\|(1) is not involved:
logging output gets redirected to stderr. In case \*(Aqlr_debug\*(Aq is set to
the empty string, messages with loglevel debug and info get
suppressed. The configuration variable \*(Aqlr_logging_facility\*(Aq is used to find
\&\fBlogger\fR\|(1)\*(Aqs facility.
