       Creates a comment by default. Use --resolve or --unresolve to manage
       existing discussion threads.

       -R, --repo=""  Select another repository. You can use either OWNER/REPO
       or GROUP/NAMESPACE/REPO. The full URL or Git URL is also accepted.
