buildah-manifest-create - Create a manifest list or image index.

\fBbuildah manifest create\fP [options...] \fIlistNameOrIndexName\fP [\fIimageName\fP ...]

.SH DESCRIPTION
.PP
Creates a new manifest list and stores it as an image in local storage using
the specified name.

.PP
If additional images are specified, they are added to the newly-created list or
index.

.SH RETURN VALUE
.PP
The randomly-generated image ID of the newly-created list or index.  The image
can be deleted using the \fIbuildah rmi\fP command.

.SH OPTIONS
.PP
\fB--all\fP

.PP
If any of the images which should be added to the new list or index are
themselves lists or indexes, add all of their contents.  By default, only one
image from such a list will be added to the newly-created list or index.

\fB--amend\fP

.PP
Instead of exiting with an error when \fIlistNameOrIndexName\fP already exists,
amend the existing image. When \fIlistNameOrIndexName\fP is a manifest list, the
contents of \fIlistNameOrIndexName\fP are not modified unless \fIimageNames\fP are
given. When \fIlistNameOrIndexName\fP is a regular image, that image is converted
into a manifest list with the original image as its first entry.

\fB--annotation\fP \fIannotation=value\fP

Set an annotation on the newly-created image index.

\fB--replace\fP

.PP
If an image named \fIlistNameOrIndexName\fP already exists, remove the name from the
existing image before creating the new manifest list.  This option cannot be
used together with \fB--amend\fP\&.

\fB--tls-verify\fP \fIbool-value\fP

.PP
Require HTTPS and verification of certificates when talking to container registries (defaults to true).  TLS verification cannot be used when talking to an insecure registry.
