DESCRIPTION
       TIOCGETD
              Get the line discipline of the terminal.

       TIOCSETD
              Set the line discipline of the terminal.

RETURN VALUE
       On success, 0 is returned.  On error, -1 is returned, and errno is set
       to indicate the error.
