.SH SYNOPSIS
.IX Header "SYNOPSIS"
This module is internal to libintl. Do not use directly!
.SH DESCRIPTION
.IX Header "DESCRIPTION"

converting from UTF\-8 to the internal format of libintl\-perl and vice
